Ok, this sounds more like a meal. But hear me out. Put your leftovers in the frig and tomorrow you have a perfectly good snack! Try this for a diet plan: eat smaller portions and save the excess for a smaller snack the next day. You’ll also save on the average of one to two dollars from what another snack might cost. This adds up to over $500 per year. I’ll call this the snack and save plan!
